8. Bilberry
This small berry contains antioxidants that prevent from cataract, glaucoma, varix dilatation, haemorrhoids, stomach ulcer and cancer.

9. Herbs
One can ask what herbs do in the healthy eating guide. The answer is simple. Many prefer to use salt and various artificial spicery. But salt pressurizes and that’s why it’s better to add herbs and natural spices to the food.

10. Garlic
And the last is garlic. Garlic has anti-inflammatory function and sometimes to be an analgesic. It is also the healthiest food for people suffering from diabetes.
