Find New Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe

The basis for good health is a proper nutrition. The majority of people suffering from overweighting tried to limit food consumption too fast and too strictly. Soup recipes

There are several recipes:

 • Recipe 1: take a cabbage head, 6 medium onions, several tomatoes, 2 green peppers, a bunch of celery, 1 brick of vegetable broth. Cut the vegetables, add them to the broth, salt, add some pepper. When the vegetables are soft the soup is ready.
 • Recipe 2: to cook 6 litres of soup you need: 1 cabbage head, 6 onions, 2 sweet peppers, 6 carrots, celery, 500 g of green beans, leek, a glass of tomato juice or 5 tomatoes, salt, pepper, broth brick.

It seems that the very principle is more important than components – lenten soup contains minimum fat, carbohydrates and calories which helps to achieve the result.

Except the soup you may eat the following products in the given succession:

 • 1 day fruits except bananas
 • 2 day green vegetables (raw and preserved), except peens and beans. For supper a single boiled potato with oil.
 • 3 day vegetables and fruits are allowed except bananas and potato.
 • 4 day – vegetables and fruits, you may add 2 bananas and a glass of lo-fat milk.
 • 5 day - add to the soup boiled veil, fish or chicken (400-500 g) and tomatoes.
 • 6 day veil accompanied by salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, pepper)
 • 7 day rise with vegetables and fruit juice.

Alcohol, bread and fat are strictly forbidden.
