Stresses are an inevitable part of our life. It doesn’t matter if you come from city or country, if you’re rich or poor, if you’re a man or a woman. If you are a lucky man and have few stressful situations you won’t be affected by stresses happening sometimes. As soon as the problem that causes stress is solved your organism establishes and everything finishes well. But stress is an everyday problem for modern people today. And that’s bad.

Numerous stresses can stimulate radicals producing (elements that damage health cells); they can weaken immune system, increase blood pressure, rise up cholesterol level in blood, strengthen anxiety feeling and worsen depression. So how does stress affect health? Here are the most widespread health problems caused by stress:

• Skin problems such as hives, allergic reactions and rash

Stress can also possess smoking people to smoke more and it also does problems with food such as bulimia and anorexia.

Moreover clinical data assume that chronic stress deprives one’s organism of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. That’s why many doctors advice to take food additives that contain antioxidants, carotene and such vitamins as C and E to reduce the producing of free radicals, caused by stress and.
