We sleep the third part of our life. But why do we need a sleep? 3. Don’t read, don’t watch TV, and don’t listen to the loud music. All these things rouse the nervous system and prevent the organism to get ready for dream.

4. Before sleep think about the pleasant. If you are worried, you have gloomy thoughts and your problems don’t go away from your head say as Scarlet said: “I’ll think about it tomorrow!” Because that time is only for light and pleasant thoughts that will obligatory turn to light and pleasant dreams.

5. Don’t eat before sleep. First, it is a real criminal for your shape. Second the organism that will do the digestive process won’t move into the dream condition. Try to have dinner 4 hours before sleep.

You shouldn’t drink a lot before sleep if you don’t want to get up with edema or bags under your eyes. Just have a chamomile tea with honey.

6. Try to go to bed and to wake up at the same time. This is one of the best cures for insomnia
